School Assemblies
FAQ'S
Q:
How
long is an assembly?
A:
Typically
45 minutes-1 hour
Q:
How
many can come to the show at once?
A:
It depends on the seating capacity of your facility. Please
keep in mind that there is usually a minimum space requirement
of a semi-circle with a 20 foot radius. Also, there are tricks
done very low to the ground - so the more rows of students that
you have the harder it is for the ones in back to see.
Q:
Are
there any other space requirements?
A:
The
show can be performed in almost any type of venue, but if given
choices:
*
A hard flat surface is better than grass or gravel.
*
A high ceiling (12 feet or above) is better than a low one.
*
A room that gets dark (for the glow ropes) is better that one
that only gets dim. If no dark room is available, or if the
show is outside, another routine is substituted for the glow
ropes.
Q:
How
far in advance do I need to book an assembly?
A:
It
is never too early to book an assembly. The less flexible you
are with the month, day, or time of your assembly, the earlier
you need to call.
